INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥘 300g tofu
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 handful radish sprouts
- a small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black sesame seeds
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Cut the tofu into long stick shapes and place on a kitchen towel. Season with salt and pepper, then pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Thinly slice the white part of the green onion into fine strips. Soak in cold water, rinse several times, and drain thoroughly.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the tofu, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
Arrange the tofu on a plate, top with green onion strips and radish sprouts, then drizzle with sauce and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
