INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- 50g grated yam
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes. Let it cool.
Grate the yam and cut the nori seaweed into 6 equal pieces.
Mash the tofu in a bowl, add the grated yam, and mix until smooth. Add potato starch and mix well. Divide into 6 portions.
Place 1/6 of the mixture onto each piece of nori seaweed. Use chopsticks or a fork to create grooves in the center. Repeat for all 6 pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the nori side down and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Add the seasoning mixture and simmer while coating the tofu.
