    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1.5 tbsp miso
    • 🌰 1 tsp ground white sesame

Coat the tofu pieces with flour, then dip them into the batter made of flour and water, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
