INGREDIENTES
Main
- 30g cut vermicelli
- 2 slices ham
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
- 3 lettuce leaves (100g)
Soup Base
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 400ml water
Finish
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Sprinkle of white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the tomato into quarters, then halve each piece diagonally. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the ham in half, then slice into 1cm wide strips.
In a pot, mix the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the vermicelli and cook according to package instructions.
Add the ham, tomato, and lettuce to the pot and simmer briefly. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle white sesame seeds before serving.
