INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 190g miso sardine can
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Herbs
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 100cc water
PASOS
Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the sardine can, tomato, and seasonings (ketchup, soy sauce, water). Lightly mix and break the sardines slightly. Once boiling, cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
