INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1/2 can oil-packed tuna
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 🌱 40g frozen edamame, shelled
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🌾 White sesame seeds, to taste
Sauce
- 40cc concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 150cc water
PASOS
Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes and mix with sesame oil in a bowl.
Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods.
Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat according to the package instructions (600W). Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a serving bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (mentsuyu, grated ginger, and water). Add the udon, then top with the tomato mixture, tuna, edamame, and shiso. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
