INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (180g), chopped
Seaweed
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Dough
- 4 dumpling skins, quartered
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400 ml water
PASOS
Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the stem, and further cut into smaller pieces.
Quarter the dumpling skins into smaller pieces.
Heat the water and seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth powder) in a pot over medium heat until boiling.
Add the tomato and dumpling skins to the pot, reduce to low heat, and simmer for 3 minutes until the tomato softens and the dumpling skins are cooked.
Add the dried wakame and bring to a quick boil. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
