INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Protein
- 🥩 180g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly, dice the tomato into bite-sized pieces, and julienne the shiso leaves.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef, and cook until its color changes. Add the onion and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and mix well. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes. Add the tomato and simmer for an additional 1 minute.
Serve the warm rice in bowls, top with the beef mixture, and garnish with shiso leaves.
