INGREDIENTES

- 🍅 4 ripe tomatoes
- 🥩 220g ground beef
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- A pinch of dried basil
- 1 tbsp parsley thyme herb mix
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 🧀 3 tbsp Gruyere cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Sprinkle a little salt on the prepared tomatoes and place them upside down on a paper towel to drain excess moisture.
Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, herbs, salt, and pepper thoroughly.
Fill the hollowed tomatoes with the beef mixture.
Sprinkle Gruyere cheese on top and season with salt and pepper.
Place the tomato tops back on, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
