INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), diced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Liquids
- 200cc water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
PASOS
Cut the potato and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into wedges.
Heat salad oil in a pot and cook the pork until browned. Add the potato, onion, and carrot, and stir-fry.
Once the onion softens, add water and simmer for 5 minutes. Add canned tomatoes and seasonings, and mix lightly.
Cover with a drop lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with boiled snow peas.
