    • 💧 150cc water

    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Garnish

    • 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
    • Pickled red ginger, as needed

Heat a pot over medium heat and cook the pork belly until its color changes.
