INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (thigh)
- 🧈 100g silken tofu
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🥗 150g grated daikon radish
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Grated Sauce Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
Garnish
- 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
PASOS
Mince the green onion and grate the daikon radish. Lightly squeeze out excess water from the grated daikon.
Wrap the tofu in paper towels, microwave for 2 minutes at 600W, let it cool, and pat dry to remove excess water.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced green onion, tofu, and the meat mixture seasonings until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Push the patties to the side of the pan. Add the grated sauce seasonings and grated daikon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve the patties on a plate, pour the sauce over them, and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
