INGREDIENTES
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 100g komatsuna (1/2 bunch)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
PASOS
Cut a cross into the root of the komatsuna, wash it thoroughly, and drain the water.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the komatsuna starting with the stems. Quickly cook, then transfer to cold water. Drain and cut into 3–4 cm lengths.
In a bowl, mix the canned tuna (including the oil) with sugar, vinegar, and miso.
Add the prepared komatsuna to the bowl and toss everything together.
