INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥔 2 small potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 handful green onion
- 1 pinch chili pepper (optional)
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 200 ml water
- a few dashes black pepper
PASOS
Cut the potatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Place the potatoes and onion in a pot or earthenware bowl.
Mix all the seasoning sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and place it on top of the vegetables.
Add the green onion and optional chili pepper on top.
Pour the mixed seasoning sauce over the ingredients in the pot.
Add water to the pot and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy! Perfect for mixing with rice.
