INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Protein
- 🐟 70g tuna, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/3 bunch spinach
- 50g yam, mashed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Spicy Sauce
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut tuna into bite-sized pieces.
Mix tuna with spicy sauce ingredients in a bag and marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Wash spinach thoroughly, wrap in plastic, microwave for 30 seconds at 600W, then cool in water and squeeze out excess moisture. Cut into 3cm pieces.
Combine spinach with salt and sesame oil in a bowl. Mash yam in a bag.
Assemble the dish by layering rice, marinated tuna, spinach, mashed yam, and topping with egg yolk.
