INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 2 bundles somen noodles (100g)
Protein
- 1 can tuna (70g)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 myoga, julienned
- 5 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
PASOS
Julienne the myoga and shiso leaves. Thinly slice the cucumber.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine the julienned myoga, shiso leaves, drained tuna, and all seasoning ingredients.
Plate the somen noodles, top with cucumber slices, and the mixed tuna-herb dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
