INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
Sauce
- 🐟 2 cans of tuna (70g each)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Julienne the cucumber.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute to make the tuna miso sauce.
Boil the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Plate the udon noodles and cucumber, then pour the tuna miso sauce over the top.
