- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Eggs
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Cheese
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Condiments
- Okonomiyaki sauce as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
Toppings
- Bonito flakes as needed
PASOS
Thinly slice the cabbage. Place it in a bowl, add salt, and massage it. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten egg and cook until the surface is semi-cooked. Add pizza cheese, cabbage, and canned tuna on top.
Roll the egg from the back to the front. Place the seam side down, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
