Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls warm rice (400g)
Egg
- 🥚 50g shredded egg
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 pieces baby cheese (30g)
Vegetables
- 🍅 3 mini tomatoes
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Seaweed
- Seaweed, as needed
Sushi Vinegar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Tuna Mayo
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
PASOS
Mix the sushi vinegar ingredients (vinegar, sugar, salt) in a bowl. Pour over the warm rice and mix gently to cool it down.
Prepare the toppings: halve the mini tomatoes, slice the cucumber thinly, and cut the baby cheese into 5mm cubes.
Mix the tuna mayo ingredients (tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper) in a bowl.
Assemble the dish: place the sushi rice in a serving bowl, layer with shredded egg and seaweed, then arrange tuna mayo, cucumber, tomato, and cheese on top.
