INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp salad oil
Tartar Sauce
- 2 pickled rakkyo
- 10g takuan (pickled radish)
- 10g shibazuke (pickled vegetables)
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍶 1 tsp vinegar
PASOS
Finely chop the pickled rakkyo, takuan, and shibazuke. Mix them in a bowl with mayonnaise and vinegar to create the Japanese tartar sauce.
Pat the tuna dry with a paper towel and season it evenly with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for 30 seconds on each side until golden brown, then remove from the pan and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Plate the tuna slices and drizzle the Japanese tartar sauce over them.
