INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Protein
- 1 piece grilled unagi (160g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 💧 Water as needed
- Chopped seaweed as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
PASOS
Julienne the ginger.
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods.
Cut the grilled unagi into 1cm wide pieces, then halve them.
In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, seasonings, and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place unagi, edamame, and ginger on top, then cook as usual.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and toppings together.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped seaweed.
