INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 90g grilled eel with sauce
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 4 pieces fried tofu
- 🌱 40g shelled edamame
- 1/2 tsp sansho pepper
- to taste kaiware sprouts
Tofu Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200cc water
Sushi Vinegar Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
PASOS
Cut the grilled eel into 8 pieces and heat in a microwave at 600W according to package instructions.
Wipe excess oil from the fried tofu using a paper towel. Cut each piece in half and open into a pouch.
In a pot, combine tofu seasoning ingredients and add the tofu. Bring to a boil, cover with a drop lid, and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool and squeeze out excess liquid.
Mix sushi vinegar seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Combine cooked rice with sushi vinegar mixture, mixing gently. Add edamame and sansho pepper, and let cool.
Fill the tofu pouches with the seasoned rice, top with grilled eel, drizzle with the included sauce, and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
