INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 8 dumpling wrappers
Soup Base
- 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 5g gelatin powder
- 100cc hot water
Meat Filling
- 150g ground pork
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Mix chicken stock powder, gelatin powder, and hot water in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Chop green onions into small pieces.
Combine all meat filling ingredients in a bowl and knead until sticky.
Break the gelatin mixture into small pieces and mix it into the meat filling.
Divide the meat filling into two microwave-safe containers. Dip 4 dumpling wrappers in water and place them on top of each container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds or until the soup bubbles.
