INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍖 200g spam
- 🥚 4 eggs
- A small amount of seaweed flakes
- A small amount of mayonnaise
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🍅 1+1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 1+1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1+1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 1+1/2 tbsp water
- 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Prepare 200g of spam and 4 eggs.
Cut the spam into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: 1+1/2 tbsp cooking wine, 1+1/2 tbsp corn syrup, 1+1/2 tbsp ketchup, 1/3 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the spam pieces until golden brown.
Add the prepared seasoning mixture and 1+1/2 tbsp water to the pan.
Push the spam to one side of the pan and scramble 4 eggs on the other side.
Serve the spam and scrambled eggs over rice, topped with seaweed flakes and mayonnaise.
