INGREDIENTES

- 150g all-purpose flour

- 🍬 15g sugar
- 40g canola oil
- 🥔 100g mashed potato
- 🍬 A pinch of decorative sugar
PASOS
Place the potato in a bowl, add a bit of water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 9 minutes.
Mash the cooked potato until smooth.
Mix the flour, salt, and sugar together in a bowl.
Add the canola oil and mix until crumbly.
Add the mashed potato to the mixture and knead until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough thinly on parchment paper using a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into desired shapes and place on a baking tray.
Poke holes in the crackers with a fork and sprinkle decorative sugar on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15-20 minutes.
