INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 2 slices ham
- 🌱 50g green peas
- 🥔 1 potato (100g), diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), chopped
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (35g), diced
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 💧 400ml water
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
PASOS
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Dice the carrot into 1cm cubes and chop the onion roughly.
Cut the ham into 1cm cubes.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add the potato and carrot, stir until coated with oil, then add curry powder and sauté for 1 minute.
Add water, consomme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6–7 minutes. Add ham and green peas, cover, and simmer for another 4–5 minutes.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
