INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 5g dried wakame
Vegetables
- 6 cabbage leaves
Condiments
- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
Seasoning
- 4.5g bonito flakes
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seed from the umeboshi and mash it into a paste.
Boil water in a pot, add the wakame and cook until rehydrated. Add the cabbage and boil for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a bowl, combine the boiled wakame and cabbage with the mashed umeboshi, bonito flakes, sugar, and soy sauce. Mix well.
