    • 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh

    • 1 pack (100g) shimeji mushrooms

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
