INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Mushroom
- 66.7g enoki mushrooms
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water
PASOS
Soak the dried wakame in water until rehydrated, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the remaining egg mixture ingredients. Strain the mixture to create a smooth egg liquid.
Place the enoki mushrooms in serving bowls, top with wakame, and pour the egg mixture over them.
Place the bowls in a steamer with boiling water, cover, and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Reduce to low heat and steam for an additional 12–15 minutes, slightly tilting the steamer lid.
