INGREDIENTES
Dumpling Wrappers
- 10 sheets dumpling wrappers
Vegetables
- 2 leaves cabbage (160g)
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (40g)
Meat Filling
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 5cm green onion (15g)
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- White sesame seeds (to taste)
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into 1cm wide strips and the carrot into thin slices, then into 1cm wide pieces. Mince the green onion and ginger.
Mix the meat filling ingredients in a bowl until sticky and well combined.
Place 1/10 of the meat filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper, moisten the edges with water, and fold to seal.
Heat the soup base ingredients in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add cabbage and carrot, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes on low heat. Add dumplings and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
