INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Meat
- 70g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (30g)
- 🌽 50g canned corn
- 1 snap pea (10g)
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 5g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Mince the onion. Place corn in a microwave-safe container, season with salt and pepper, and top with butter. Add snap pea on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 40 seconds. Remove snap pea and cut into quarters.
Heat salad oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add minced onion and sauté until softened. Add ground meat and cook until the meat changes color. Add seasonings (sake, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Pack cooked rice into a bento box. Top with the Western-style soboro and buttered corn. Garnish with snap pea quarters.
