INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, halved
Seasoning
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 200cc water
- 🥛 200cc milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Chicken Marinade
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly. Dice the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Halve the mushrooms.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until its color changes. Add onion and sauté until softened. Add potato and mushrooms, stir well, then add flour and mix until combined.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add milk and cook while stirring until the stew thickens. Add salt and pizza cheese, stirring until the cheese melts.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
