INGREDIENTES
Dry Ingredients
- 150g whole wheat flour
- 1g baking powder
- 100g oatmeal
- 🌰 85g mixed nuts
- 🍫 30g chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg (60g)
- 🧂 60g sugar
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- 45g canola oil
PASOS
Mix canola oil and sugar together until combined.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until the sugar granules are less noticeable.
Sift the whole wheat flour and baking powder into the mixture and combine.
Add toasted oatmeal, nuts, and chocolate chips, and mix gently using a folding motion.
Divide the dough into portions, flatten slightly, and place on a baking tray. Add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Check the color to ensure proper baking.
