INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 4 scallops (80g)
Vegetables
- 1 bag arugula
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
Condiments
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Dressing
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Wash and prepare the arugula, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
