INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Vegetables
- 100g grated yam
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Chopped seaweed to taste
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces and grate the yam after peeling.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with sake, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes, then coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until fully cooked on both sides. Add green onion and cook until browned for 2–3 minutes. Add sauce ingredients and simmer until glossy.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with chicken and sauce. Add grated yam, egg yolk, and chopped seaweed.
