INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥛 400g plain yogurt
- 150g pancake mix
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 5-7 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Mix sugar and yogurt well.
Add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add pancake mix and fold using a rubber spatula.
Pour the batter into a 15cm cake mold. Drop the mold from about 15cm height to remove air bubbles.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
Let the cake cool after baking. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
