INGREDIENTES
Crispy Fried Chicken
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (300g)
- Potato starch, as needed
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Cheese powder, as needed
- Parsley, as needed
- 🍋 4 lemon wedges
- 🥛 5 tbsp plain yogurt
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Tomato Soup with Sausage and Cabbage
- 3 sausages (60g)
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
- 🥛 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- A dash of olive oil
- A dash of dried parsley
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A dash of pepper
- 🍅 200ml unsalted tomato juice
- 💧 100ml water
PASOS
Slice chicken breast into halves, then diagonally into smaller pieces. Flatten with a rolling pin until 1.5x larger.
Mix yogurt, salt, and garlic in a bag. Add chicken, seal, and refrigerate overnight (8 hours).
Coat marinated chicken with potato starch evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry chicken for 2–3 minutes per side, then increase heat to medium-high and fry until crispy.
Serve chicken with cheese powder, parsley, and lemon wedges.
Mix tomato juice, water, salt, and pepper in a microwave-safe container.
Tear sausages and cabbage into bite-sized pieces, add to the container, and mix.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Serve soup with yogurt, olive oil, and parsley as garnish.
