Place the young corns in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.

Slice the sausages diagonally in half.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and young corns, stir-frying for 1–2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and stir briefly. Add the seasonings (☆) and mix quickly to combine.
