INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 4 sausages (80g)
- 8 young corns (80g)
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the young corns diagonally in half. Place the young corns in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Slice the sausages diagonally in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and young corns, stir-frying for 1–2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and stir briefly. Add the seasonings (☆) and mix quickly to combine.
