PASOS
Place the young corns in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cut open the thin skin of the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Mix the mentaiko, butter, and black pepper in the container. While the young corns are still warm, add them to the mentaiko mixture and combine well. Sprinkle additional black pepper on top to finish.
