INGREDIENTES

- 100g dried soba noodles
- 70g canned tuna
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
PASOS
Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Boil water in a pot and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sesame oil, ponzu sauce, yuzu kosho) in a bowl.
Combine the soba noodles, canned tuna, kaiware sprouts, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Toss with the dressing.
