INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (100g)
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 slice ginger
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 500ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Finish
- 1 tsp chili oil
PASOS
Cut zucchini into 1cm slices, slice shiitake mushrooms thinly, and julienne ginger.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add chicken and cook until color changes. Add ginger, shiitake mushrooms, and seasoning ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil. Pour in beaten egg and let it float before stirring gently.
Serve in bowls and drizzle with chili oil.
