- 2 sticks imitation crab
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, julienned
- 3 tbsp pancake flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp salt
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
PASOS
Tear the imitation crab sticks into thin strips and julienne the zucchini.
Place the julienned zucchini in a bowl and add 0.3 tbsp of salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes to draw out moisture.
Add 3 tbsp pancake flour and 2 tbsp potato starch to the zucchini and mix well.
Add the imitation crab strips to the mixture and mix until a sticky batter forms.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and scoop the batter into small portions. Flatten each portion with a spoon.
Pan-fry each pancake until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve the zucchini and imitation crab pancakes hot. Enjoy their crispy edges and chewy centers.
