INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 75g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Spices
- 1/4 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Prepare shrimp by removing the vein, rinsing, and patting dry.
Slice zucchini thinly and chop tomato into small pieces. Mince garlic.
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan with garlic and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and zucchini, then sauté for 2 minutes.
Add spaghetti, tomato, and salt to the pan. Mix for 1 minute.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
