PASOS
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add mashed tofu, chopped onion, and diced zucchini. Mix well.
Add a pinch of salt for light seasoning and transfer the mixture to a steaming-safe dish.
Heat the steamer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, then place the dish with the mixture inside and steam for about 15 minutes.
The dish is ready when the center of the steamed egg is smooth, and a chopstick inserted comes out clean.
