INGREDIENTES
Vegetable
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini (170g)
Spices
- 2 slices of ginger
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Slice the ginger thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add ginger and sauté lightly.
Add zucchini to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
