INGRÉDIENTS
Chicken Garlic Pepper Stir-fry
- 🍗 1/2 piece chicken thigh
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Corn and Potato Cheese Bake
- 🥔 1/2 potato, sliced
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧀 10g pizza cheese
Green Bean and Carrot Salad
- 🌱 3 green beans, trimmed
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame dressing
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sake
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and rub with grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
Slice potato into 5mm pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Trim green beans and cut into thirds. Slice carrot into thin pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and add potato slices to the empty space in the pan.
Flip chicken when browned. Add corn and cheese on top of potatoes, then add carrots and green beans to the pan. Pour sake and cover with a lid for 1 minute to steam.
Remove carrots and green beans, mix with sesame dressing, and serve.
