- 🍚 1 bowl cooked white rice (150g)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sake
Pork Honey Ketchup Stir-fry
- 80g sliced pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Broccoli and Chikuwa Salad
- 🥦 3 florets broccoli
- 1 chikuwa, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp sesame dressing
ÉTAPES
Separate broccoli into small florets, slice chikuwa into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add pork and onion without overlapping, sprinkle sake, cover, and steam on medium heat for 1 minute.
Remove broccoli and chikuwa from the pan and place them in a bowl.
Add honey, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the remaining ingredients in the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Mix broccoli and chikuwa with sesame dressing in the bowl.
Pack cooked white rice, stir-fried pork, and broccoli salad into a bento box.
