- 1 piece aburaage (20g)
- 1 can tuna in water (70g)
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and stems, and slice thinly crosswise.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half along the short edge and into quarters along the long edge.
Place the aburaage, tuna, bell peppers, and seasonings into a microwave-safe container. Lightly mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Stir to ensure even mixing.
