- 1 piece (20g) of aburaage
- 🐟 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly, including the stems, after removing the base.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half along the shorter side and into quarters along the longer side.
Place the aburaage, tuna, shiitake mushrooms, and seasonings (☆) into a microwave-safe container. Lightly mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
