Main
- 🍗 500g chicken thighs
- 🧅 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 200cc Japanese sake
- 💧 200cc water
- 2 tsp consomme powder
- 180g spicy curry roux flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍚 4 servings of cooked white rice
- 🌿 Chopped parsley for garnish
Marinade
- 🥛 200cc plain yogurt
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
Combine marinade ingredients (yogurt, garlic, ginger, ketchup, honey) in a bag, add chicken, and massage. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add onions, and sauté over medium heat until caramelized.
Add marinated chicken, canned tomatoes, and sake to the pot. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then add water and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add consomme and curry roux, then simmer on low heat until thickened. Serve curry over rice and garnish with parsley.
